Kale took the world by storm a few years ago.
It was all kale this.
And, kale that.
Eat More Kale.
Yada yada yada.
Despite the constant message that kale is healthy, kale is superior, kale is everything, how many of you have actually added it to your diet? I know I could eat more of it.
Now, don’t get me wrong. I’m a total omnivore. I like meat just as much as I like kale but I don’t always know what to do with the plethora of kale that comes from my garden for six months out of the year. How do I keep it interesting and yet not be wasteful?
So, for the sake of my CSA members (and myself!), I’m rounding up some great recipes to use all that kale. There will be recipes that use fresh kale, cooked kale, baked kale and dried kale. It’s such a versatile vegetable!
