Quick Beef BBQ

- 2 lbs. ground beef (preferably pastured)
- 1 onion, finely chopped OR 1 Tbls. onion flakes
- ¾ c. catsup (high fructose corn syrup free, please)
- 3 Tbls. brown sugar (preferably organic)
- 3 Tbls. vinegar (I use Bragg’s AC vinegar)
- 3 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1-1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. sea or Celtic salt
- If using fresh onion, fry in a little bit of natural fat (lard, bacon fat, butter) in large skillet.
- If using dried onion, begin by frying ground beef, over medium heat, until browned.
- Add dried onion, if using.
- Combine all other ingredients in a bowl, whisking to combine.
- Once meat is browned, pour sauce overtop and stir in.
- Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes to blend flavors.
- Serve on hamburger rolls with potato chips and pickles.
