Mixed Berry Mojito
What’s summer without at least one Mojito drink? I mean, C’mon. Fresh berries, ice and rum? Just envision yourself sitting somewhere in the sand, under a palm tree, sipping away on this. That’s what my daughter, Jordan and I did when we set to creating this Mojito for our Summer Drink Series.

As usual, let’s not be word-y here. Mixing up drinks isn’t rocket science and it’s Friday so, hey, we all just want to get to it. So, check out the ingredients and simple instructions below! And, Have a great start to your summer! (Nevermind that it’s still May.)

Mixed Berry Mojito

Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed berries (your choice of blueberries, raspberries, blackberries or strawberries)
- 4 Tbls. Sugar
- 4 large mint leaves torn into pieces
- 4 tsp. lime juice
- 1 shot white rum
- 1 bottle Club soda
Instructions
- In a bowl, place berries, sugar and lime juice.
- Muddle ingredients.
- Divide berry mixture between four 16 oz. glasses.
- Add 1 shot of white rum to each glass
- Fill glasses with ice to ¾ full.
- Top with club soda.
- Serve with mint garnish.
- *Stir well before drinking*
