If you’re looking for something that travels well in your purse (for you or the kids 😉 ), here’s a great recipe for an on-the-go snack. I adapted an old recipe I made years ago to be cut into bars and added some seeds for a little crunch. The flavor fulfills all your peanut butter cravings and the oatmeal keeps it delightfully chewy – one of the little things that makes a snack so great!
This is a no-bake recipe so it can be prepped on the stove top and refrigerated until firm. I like to wrap each bar separately and keep them in the refrigerator for when I need to grab and go!
