Raspberry Cream Fizz

Next up in our Spring Drink series is this bright and fruity Raspberry Cream Fizz. Quick to throw together for a night on the patio with friends or mix up a batch for a holiday party.

If you’re not familiar with shrubs (of the fruity, drink kind) they’re basically a mixture of apple cider vinegar, sugar and fresh fruit. It’s allowed to sit and ferment for a while before being strained and becoming a great mixer for drinks like this! I’ve partnered with Christina Maser, creator of this non-gmo red raspberry shrub to bring you some recipes using their products.

Christina Maser is a Lancaster County, PA company but they ship everywhere! You can find their whole product line right here! They make amazing jams and jellies from in-season fruit as well as salad dressings, soup mixes, candles and more! Check ’em out!

Like I said, this drink is super simple to throw together. I chose to use a dry vanilla soda but if you like things on the sweeter side, cream soda would be amazing too!

I like to keep things non-gmo in our household. I found this Boyd & Blair Potato Vodka a while ago and couldn’t be happier with it. It’s made in Pittsburg and they carry it in the Wine & Spirits Shoppes in PA now. Using vodka made from potatoes, and not genetically-modified corn, helps me avoid the repercussions of a GMO-filled diet and allows me to enjoy drinks like this!
